TARIFF
The tariff charged is for the entire house which sleeps up to six people.
Strictly no extra people or tents allowed.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 2.00 p.m.
Check out is 11.a.m but if you want to stay longer on your final day just ask, if no-one else is booked you can stay all day to make the most of your stay.
ACCOMMODATION RESTRICTIONS
The Portage House and grounds are smoke-free, pet-free zone. There is plenty of local wildlife to keep you amused but if you are desperate we have arranged for the local cat to drop by on occasion.
CLEANING AND SERVICING
The house will be spotless when you arrive.
The house is self catering with two service options :-
Option 1 - Bring all your own linen and when you have finished your stay clean the house to a high standard acceptable for the next guests.
Option 2 - Use linen provided and we will clean house and linen upon your departure. There is a one off service fee of $ 125 to be added to your stay, regardless of duration. This is not a maid service and you will be expected to tidy the house and have done all the dishes etc.
LAUNDRY AND IRONING
The house has laundry and ironing facilities. You are welcome to use as required.
